AMT specializes in Mass Transfer Technology, which can be applied in a wide range of services and applications. AMT’s technology can be applied to: Operations ranging from Crude Oil Refining to Petrochemical and chemical industry,100 mm I.D. to 10,500 mm I.D. columns, Vacuum condition to high pressure , clean condition with foaming or fouling application etc.
Trays
The ADV Pinnacle Performance Tray technology consists of various design know-how and patented features that help, not only improve column throughput and efficiency, but also extend the column run-time. Specifically, Trays are featured with: Advanced dispersion valve,Quick-connect active joint, Inlet bubble promotor,Customized downcomer designs.
DV ® Pinnacle Performance Trays offer: p to 40% greater throughput capacity, Up to 15% better fractionation efficiency, Up to 20% lower pressure drop.
Structure Packing
AMT's SEPAK ® structured packing series are made of surface-enhanced, corrugated sheet metal/woven wire gauze. With unique surface treatment, liquid will form thin film on the surface, and liquid spreading will be enhanced even in low liquid rate operations. Thus, the completely wetted structured packing surface will provide ideal liquid-vapor contact. Packing Performance has been certified by several multinational companies and has been used in industrial applications up to a diameter of 11m.

Ring-I : The design offers very open structure
Ring-C : Height to Diameter Ratio: 1/3, Low aspect ratio results in lower center of gravity for settling in optimal arrangement during installation.

Mist Eliminator
-DEM-MPV : Multi-Pocket Vane type mist eliminator / de-entrainment device. With gas-sealed liquid pockets on both sides of the vanes, droplets are separated from gas and captured at the pocket openings into a liquid pool.
-DEM-V : Vane type mist eliminator / de-entrainment device.
-DEM-M : Mesh type mist eliminator / de-entrainment device with regular (DEM-M01), high efficiency (DEM-M02) and high capacity (DEM-M03) models available. Used for clean systems.
-FDT-V01 : Vapor / flashing feed distributor with curved vanes for mixing and re-entrainment prevention.
Inlet / Feed Distributor
-Tangential Inlet Vapor horn is for both liquid-vapor separation and feed distribution. With vanes inside the housing, liquid and vapor can be well separated.
-Inlet diffuser with multiple baffles to reduce the energy of incoming flow.
-Flashing/Vapor distributor with circular gallery for gas-liquid separation.
-Pressure fed center pipe with multiple branch pipes and bottom orifices.
